Business Situation
Our client is a successful, 20-year-old law firm specializing in litigation. They have experienced continued growth in their business, including Fortune 500 companies in the United States and around the world. The client is somewhat unique as a business litigation firm due to the fact that they actually try many cases. In fact, their success has been most evident in trying and winning more business cases than firms many times larger. The recruitment of attorneys with the ability to collaborate and work as a team, as well as those possessing trial-savvy skills and knowledge, has been essential for their growth. Recently, the client needed to hire two associate-level attorneys. Because the client's office was located near a larger, more "glamorous" city with a well-established marketplace for legal professionals, it was sometimes hard to entice highly qualified candidates to their location. Project Scope
